To accompany the exhibition ‘Rations & Cookers – 200 Years of Food in the Army’, there is a special talk event: Leading expert, Paul Colbourne will talk about ‘Feeding the Front, British Army logistics 1914-15’, former SAS officer and historian David Seeney on the stories behind Royal Warwickshire Regiment Army Ration Packs & Menus featured in the exhibition and co-creator of the exhibition, Barclay Lane will explore fascinating facts about the significance of food during 200 years of the army. Rations of Tea/coffee and biscuits will be served! This event is suitable for those interested in social history and aspects of life in the army. There is access for those with mobility issues.
