GOLEM Academy, a division of Golem Protection Group, invites you to an elite CQB (Close Quarter Battle) and CQC (Close Quarter Combat) training event designed to refine tactical skills for both professionals and dedicated individuals. Held at our partner facility, Tac Sim Training, this intensive four-day program features world-class instruction tailored to your level of experience.

2 – Event Highlights

2.A – Lead Instruction by Ex-Tier 1 Operator:

Two highly experienced instructors will lead the sessions, with the potential for up to two additional instructors based on participant numbers. Our team’s operational background and advanced certifications ensure world-class training tailored to your needs.

2.B – Customised Tracks:

• February 6–7 (Thursday & Friday): For Law Enforcement, Security Professionals (SIA license holders required), and Military/Ex-Military . Firearms experience is mandatory.

• February 8–9 (Saturday & Sunday): Open to all serious participants—no prior experience required, but a clean criminal record is mandatory.

3 – What You’ll Learn

3.A – Close Quarter Battle (CQB):

• Master Slicing techniques for tactical room clearing.
• Learn Hybrid combinations of slicing with dynamic entries for maximum effectiveness.
• Force-on-Force Drills – Airsoft: Test and apply the techniques learned through controlled, realistic scenarios involving live opposition.
• Customised Approach: Our CQB training is tailored to meet the specific operational needs of participants, considering the unique demands of their roles and the legal frameworks of the regions they operate in.

3.B – Close Quarter Combat (CQC):

• Weapon Retention: Secure and control handguns and long guns in high-pressure scenarios.
• Dynamic Knife Defence: Gain advanced skills in knife control and disarming techniques.
• Force-on-Force Exercises: Engage in realistic scenarios involving physical contact, including ground training.
• Ethical & Practical Focus: We teach real-world, non-lethal solutions that adhere to legal and ethical standards. You’ll learn practical, effective techniques designed to neutralise threats while avoiding the unnecessary escalation of violence. Our commitment is to provide solutions grounded in operational reality, not gimmicks.

3.C – CQB + CQC Combined:

The seamless integration of CQB (tactical movement) and CQC (combat techniques) ensures you are prepared for the complexities of real-world engagements. Our training highlights the critical interplay between tactical positioning and controlled close-quarters engagements, building a comprehensive skill set that maximises your effectiveness under pressure.

4 – Gear Requirements

4.A – Mandatory Gear:

• Safety goggles
• Holster
• Training clothes appropriate for physical activity

4.B – Highly Recommended (But Not Mandatory):

• Plate carrier (for the professionals’ track)
• Groin protector
• Mouthguard
• Gloves
• Facemask / Airsoft Protection

4.C – Optional Equipment:

• Professional, bring your full (tactical) kit if you have one—come as you work!

4.D – Provided Gear

• Training weapons, including handguns and long guns
• Training equipment, such as helmets, gloves, and additional protective gear

5 – Additional Information

• Lunch & Refreshments: Catered daily for all participants.
• Local Accommodation: Available upon request.
• Evening Social on Day 1 (Thursday) & Day 3 (Saturday): Join the instructors for an informal Q&A session over drinks, providing an excellent opportunity to engage and learn outside of the training environment.
• Training Options: On demand, participants can opt for the full four-day course (February 6–9) for a comprehensive experience. Please note that attending all four days incurs an additional cost beyond the two-day options.

6 – Important Notes

• This training includes force-on-force exercises with physical contact and ground training. Participants should be prepared for a dynamic and immersive experience.

• This is NOT a PowerPoint sitting course. Our training is hands-on, focused on physically practicing, learning, doing, failing, and trying again. Be ready for a physically demanding experience, especially during force-on-force exercises.

• We prioritise safety while delivering realistic and challenging scenarios. Our instructors ensure all exercises are conducted with professionalism and control.

• Credential Verification: Following registration, Mrs. Richardson, the Executive Director of GOLEM PROTECTION UK – LONDON, will personallyconduct a phone call to verify your credentials and ensure all participants meet the event’s strict standards. This process reflects our commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and security.

• February 6–7 (Professionals): Law enforcement officers, SIA-certified security professionals, and military/ex-military personnel. Firearms experience is mandatory.

• February 8–9 (Open to All): Dedicated participants looking to enhance their tactical and defensive skills. A clean criminal record is required.
