Veterans OK has launched a new national survey aimed at improving the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS), a crucial system that supports those injured or affected by service.
The organisation is calling on serving personnel, veterans, and their families to share their experiences with the AFCS. Whether positive or negative, every response will help highlight where the system is working, and where it needs change.
The AFCS is designed to provide financial compensation for illness, injury, or death caused by military service, but many have reported difficulties with the process. Veterans OK hopes that by gathering real stories from the community, they can push for a fairer, more transparent, and more accessible system for all who’ve served.
